1. Triggers rules
The email is sent:
– to all identified users who browsed or added to cart
– to all users who left the website

2. Design rules
The email template is defined and approved in amount

3. Condition rules
Email will be sent after the user browsed or added to cart and left the site without purchasing
The email will be trigger: 24h after the order
7 days after
When the user clicks on the email, the email reminder will not be sent anymore

4. Testing rules
Mesure the following KPIs
– Number of emails sent
– % Opened unique
– % Clickthrough
– % Conversion
