Chatbot - product assistant
Help users with their purchase by giving them a framework. Reduce bounce rate by triggering an intelligent assistant if the user has spent a certain amount of time without taking action. The chatbot assistant narrows the range of products and simplifies the user’s search, allowing them to easily choose and buy a compatible product.

1. Triggers rules
The workflow is displayed:
– to users that browsed products pages
– on all pages
2. Design rules
The workflow will be displayed as a badge that opens the chatbot assistant
3. Condition rules
The workflow will be displayed as a badge on the bottom of the screen.
The user can open the chatbot by clicking on the badge button
The workflow can be reduced by clicking on the “X”.
Workflow will be displayed on every following page for current session
4. Testing rules
Active AB test
A – Control variation (no_show): 50%
B – NextUser variation (show): 50%
In Testing mode, all the rules are ignored and the workflow is displayed instantly.
In Production mode, workflow rules and triggers will be applied.
Before starting a test, please make sure that all Privacy/Ad blockers are deactivated!
Open the web browser in incognito/private mode
Go to the URL, as if you were browsing the website
Wait for the page to be fully loaded (this will ensure that browsed page is tracked)
Open a new tab and go to the test URL
- Accept the cookies consent
- The workflow will be displayed in the page
- Play with the chatbot assistant
Click on the recommended product to go to that product page
The workflow can be dismissed if you click on the “x” at the top right corner of the workflow
