This month, we celebrate the 10 years anniversary of NextUser! It is hard to believe that ten years ago, our company was only starting with its first line of code. Indeed, have come a long way since then. Yet, one thing that has never changed is our commitment to innovation and progress.
Celebrating a decade of innovation and client success
At NextUser, we specialize in using AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experiences. In fact, our products include Segmentation with AI, Personalization Hub, and Advertising Suite. For ten years, we focused on delivering personalized customer journeys, optimizing marketing efforts, and increasing conversion rates. Since our agility enables us to launch your first personalization scenario within 3-4 weeks, it ensures quick results and adaptability in the ever-changing digital landscape. From its inception in 2013, NextUser has consistently pushed the boundaries of innovation. As a result, we maked our mark in the competitive world of technology. So many things happened during the past ten years. Let’s reflect on the things that made us the company we are today:
In less than one year, we secured our first paying client, Alibris, and by the beginning of 2014, the company launched publicly at Launch.co. It was just the beginning, as we wanted to impact the industry. In 2014, we participated in the first tech competition, making it to the top 10 XTC at CES Las Vegas.

Indeed, the momentum kept building. At NextUser, we continued to climb new heights of success. In 2015, the company achieved a remarkable feat by making it to the top 4 at Necker Island, where our CEO Matthieu Dejardins had the privilege to pitch its ideas to Richard Branson himself. The experience was undoubtedly a significant milestone for NextUser, a testament to the company’s sheer grit and determination that led to several partnerships.

NextUser’s achievements did not stop there, as we went on to win the Unilever Startup Battle in 2016. In fact, the victory was a well-deserved recognition of the company’s innovative solutions and our tireless efforts to stay ahead of the curve.

Personalization and AI: what’s next?
But these wins are just a sample of what we achieved. Indeed, NextUser is constantly reaching for the stars. Faithful to ourselves, we recently participated in a hackaton for an impactful beauty brand, and a competition for a packaging leader. These events were the starter to develop new solutions. We cannot wait to see what’s next!
